My niece, Mackinzye, is the cutest child I know (I may be partial though) and a few weeks back she was playing in our living when a shaft of light came right across the room. I quickly grabbed my camera because I knew that the light was going to be there for long and that she would not play in the same spot for much time either. She has been learning to point out different body parts, so she decided to show off for the camera. Enjoy!  

At the beginning of March, I shot a Bat Mitzvah at Maggiano’s in Buckhead. This was a first for me, but what a great party it was! I don’t remember going to parties like that when I was their age. These are a few of my favorite images from the day. Enjoy!

This is my 9-month old niece that I got to see on Sunday for Mother’s Day at my father’s house. I had a nice time with the family and some great homecooked food. And, for now, I am back at my home in Milledgeville for a few days rest from a long month of traveling.

My cousin graduated from the University of Georgia on Saturday, so his family threw him a party on Sunday. I went to go see him and tell him congrats and drink some alcohol with him in celebration. The top photo is of a newt that a family friend’s son caught while at the party and the bottom one is a group of my cousins friends. Austin (my cousin) is the one in the middle with the red UGA shirt on.
